Сутність і зміст поняття адміністративно-правових (організаційно-правових) засад діяльності у певній сфері в Україні
Анотація
У проведеному дослідженні здійснено аналіз розуміння змісту та сутності засад як юридично значущого терміна. Обґрунтованість цього дослідження зумовлена тим, що в науковій та законодавчій сферах цей термін систематично використовують із різним змістом. Наведено висновки щодо його змістовного наповнення на підставі поглядів інших учених. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз видів засад, а саме: правових, організаційно-правових та адміністративно-правових. Наведено авторське визначення адміністративно-правових засад, а також окремо розкрито сутність терміна «засади».
