Методологія вивчення історико-правових засад житлової політики України

У статті досліджено методологічні підходи до вивчення історико-правових засад житлової політики України. Вказано, що наукове осмислення житлової політики набуває особливої актуальності в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів, спрямованих на встановлення європейських стандартів належного рівня життя та соціального забезпечення. Визначено, що житлова політика розглядається не лише як складова державного управління, а й як складне міждисциплінарне правове явище, яке інтегрує правові, економічні та соціологічні аспекти. Обґрунтовано, що її комплексний історико-правовий аналіз потребує інтеграції підходів різних дисциплін, оскільки ефективна система забезпечення права людини на житло формується на перетині правових норм, економічних механізмів і соціальних практик. Установлено, що методологічну базу дослідження житлово-правових засад становить система взаємопов’язаних філософських, загальнонаукових і спеціально-правових методів, застосування яких забезпечує достовірність і глибину історико-правового аналізу еволюції житлової політики.
