Система міжнародно-правових стандартів забезпечення прав і свобод людини на стадії досудового розслідування
Анотація
Розглянуто сутність та ознаки системи міжнародно-правових стандартів забезпечення прав і свобод людини в контексті сучасних підходів до кримінального провадження. Акцентовано, що така система на стадії досудового розслідування має формуватися на основі комплексного підходу з урахуванням як загальних принципів, так і специфічних гарантій, які стосуються різних аспектів діяльності органів досудового розслідування та правового статусу учасників провадження. Виокремлено та систематизовано ключові міжнародно-правові стандарти, що регулюють діяльність органів досудового розслідування, з урахуванням особливостей воєнного стану та сучасних викликів у сфері правосуддя.
