Діяльність адміністративного судочинства під час воєнного стану в Україні
Анотація
Проаналізовано проблеми доступу до адміністративного судочинства в Україні в умовах воєнного стану. Зокрема, розглянуто необхідність забезпечення правосуддя в умовах активних бойових дій, коли правопорушення не припиняються, а доступ до суду ускладнений. Наголошено на важливості дотримання принципів верховенства права, свободи і справедливості. Окрему увагу приділено змінам у судовій системі, викликаним фінансовими труднощами, а також необхідності правового врегулювання для ефективного функціонування адміністративного судочинства під час війни, ураховуючи виклики, пов’язані з участю сторін у процесах.
