Прокурорський нагляд за проведенням негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій під час розслідування наркозлочинів
Анотація
Досліджено особливості прокурорського нагляду за проведенням негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій під час розслідування наркозлочинів як важливого складника забезпечення законності й ефективності протидії цим кримінальним правопорушенням. Шляхом системного аналізу положень Кримінального процесуального кодексу України та практики їх застосування під час процесуального керівництва досудовим розслідуванням наркозлочинів виокремлено ключові елементи діяльності прокурора щодо нагляду за проведенням негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій. Розглянуто процесуальні й організаційні засади його діяльності. Визначено предмет і засоби прокурорського нагляду за досудовим розслідуванням наркозлочинів.
