Адміністративна відповідальність страхових компаній за порушення у сфері медичного страхування
Анотація
Статтю присвячено проблемам адміністративної відповідальності страхових компаній за порушення у сфері медичного страхування. Зазначено, що адміністративна відповідальність страховиків у сфері медичного страхування – це закріплені в низці законів України правопорушення, які можуть бути вчинені під час надання послуг з медичного страхування, а також штрафні санкції за їх учинення. Запропоновано внесення змін до чинного законодавства для вдосконалення підстав адміністративної відповідальності працівників страхових компаній за порушення у сфері медичного страхування.
