Сучасні підходи до типізації окремих криміналістичних методик
Анотація
У статті за результатами проведеного аналітичного огляду наукових джерел, предметом дослідження яких стали концептуальні основи класифікації криміналістичних методик, обґрунтовано позицію, що сьогодні тенденції побудови окремих криміналістичних методик дещо змінилися й переорієнтувалися під впливом змін, яких зазнає чинна доктрина кримінального і кримінального процесуального права в умовах воєнного стану. Аналіз традиційних підходів учених і сучасних тенденцій став підґрунтям для розроблення класифікації окремих криміналістичних методик розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, в основу яких покладено такі критерії: 1) кримінально-правові чинники; 2) повнота розроблених алгоритмів і практичних рекомендацій; 3) рівень узагальненості запропонованих рекомендацій; 4) етап, на якому здійснюється кримінальна процесуальна діяльність; 5) форма відображення розроблених рекомендацій; 6) криміналістично значущі ознаки певної групи кримінальних правопорушень і наявність між ними кореляційних зв’язків тощо.
