Основні риси військового права на українських землях у XVIII столітті
Анотація
Вивчено основні джерела та пам’ятки права в Україні у XVIII столітті, які регламентували проблеми військового права. Зазначено, що особливості державно-правового розвитку українських земель пов’язувалися з перебуванням територій у складі іноземних держав. Встановлено, що елементи військового права регламентувалися кодифікаційними роботами, які проводилися владою за безпосередньої участі українських юристів. Зроблено акцент на тому, що основні положення військового права, окрім того, що регулювали військові правовідносини, мали на меті зберегти українську правову традицію в цій галузі. Запропоновано врахувати окремі висновки дослідження в процесі уточнення військової доктрини України.
