Юридичне значення односторонніх заяв про авторські права на вебсайтах
Анотація
Дослідження спрямовано на визначення актуального стану юридичного підтексту та правових наслідків формулювання окремих складових односторонніх заяв про авторські права на вебсайтах. Встановлено, що використання односторонньої заяви про авторські права є доволі складним та дискусійним. Визначено тренди у формулюванні заяв про авторські права на вебсайтах, що належать українським науковим установам. Встановлено юридичний підтекст та правові наслідки формулювання окремих складових односторонніх заяв про авторські права на вебсайтах у проєкції актуального правового регулювання. Надано узагальнену оцінку юридичної відповідальності власників вебсайтів у контексті порушеного питання.
