Делінквентність неповнолітніх у 1960-х рр. та діяльність міліції щодо протидії їй
Анотація
У статті досліджено динаміку розвитку злочинності неповнолітніх у 1960-ті рр. та основні заходи міліції щодо протидії делінквентності дітей і підлітків. Охарактеризовано стан злочинності неповнолітніх, рівень якої мав тенденцію до зростання. Розкрито основні форми та методи, що використовувалися міліцією для протидії цьому явищу: організація дитячих кімнат міліції, залучення до роботи з важкими підлітками громадського активу. Велика кількість злочинів, учинених неповнолітніми, вказувала на недоліки роботи міліції в цьому напрямі, однак основною причиною цих явищ були соціальні умови в СРСР.
