Національна поліція в системі суб’єктів профілактики адміністративної деліктності
Анотація
Зазначено, що запровадження режиму воєнного стану в Україні змінило підхід до організації роботи поліції, зокрема у сфері профілактики адміністративної деліктності. Зауважено, що профілактика адміністративної деліктності є комплексною категорією, яку доречно розглядати саме крізь призму системи органічно взаємозв’язаних суб’єктів на рівні осмислення широкого кола зв’язків між ними, серед яких є і органи та підрозділи поліції. Відмічено, що така система має ґрунтуватися на засадах рівності, широкої участі громадськості та координуватися колегіально сформованими центрами управління на рівні держави або конкретного регіону (області, громади).
