Цивільні матеріальні та процесуальні правові засоби забезпечення репарацій для України
Анотація
Досліджено основні напрями подальшого впровадження в Україні перехідного правосуддя, метою якого є подолання наслідків військової агресії. Розглянуто різні типи шкоди, завданої жертвам унаслідок порушення прав людини, норм міжнародного гуманітарного права та інших злочинів, яка за практикою справедливого ставлення має відшкодовуватись ефективно й повно, та відповідні правові засоби, що мають бути доступними. Визначено тенденції збалансованого поєднання у практиці перехідного правосуддя репарацій та правових інститутів, які можуть вплинути на їхню ефективність.
