Деякі особливості організації допиту неповнолітнього (малолітнього) потерпілого під час воєнного стану
Анотація
На підставі аналізу чинного законодавства, наукових позицій учених і практиків визначено основні тактичні підходи до найбільш оптимальної організації допиту неповнолітнього (малолітнього) потерпілого. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо вибору місця та часу проведення такої слідчої (розшукової) дії. Запропоновано варіанти надання професійної допомоги педагогом, психологом і лікарем. Надано практичні рекомендації слідчому в частині проведення допиту, дотримання яких підвищить ефективність проведеної процесуальної дії та забезпечить додержання основних принципів правосуддя, дружнього до дитини.
