Специфіка особистісних властивостей неповнолітніх злочинців із різним рівнем усвідомлення вини
Анотація
Досліджено психологічні особливості неповнолітніх злочинців у період їхньої адаптації до умов виховної колонії. Доведено, що передумовою ефективної ресоціалізації підлітків є щире каяття, усвідомлення вини. Усвідомлення вини неповнолітнім злочинцем охарактеризовано як психологічне утворення, що містить когнітивну, поведінкову, емоційну складові. У процесі дослідження виявлено групи неповнолітніх злочинців із трьома рівнями усвідомлення вини: високим, середнім і низьким. Особистісні властивості неповнолітніх злочинців із різним рівнем усвідомлення вини визначені за допомогою факторного аналізу. За результатами дослідження сформульовано рекомендації щодо організації диференційованої психолого-корекційної роботи з кожною групою неповнолітніх злочинців залежно від рівня усвідомлення вини.
