Правовий статус національних меншин на території України у ХІХ ст.
Анотація
Досліджено визначальні особливості правового статусу національних меншин на території України у ХІХ ст. Проаналізовано низку правових актів, що впливали на окремі аспекти життя і діяльність національних меншин та визначали правове становище окремих національних груп на конкретно визначеній території їхнього перебування. На прикладі ґрунтовного аналізу наукової літератури та відповідних законодавчих актів сформульовано власну наукову позицію щодо проблеми, яка досліджується.
