Адміністративно-правове забезпечення у сфері відновлення житлового фонду

Статтю присвячено аналізу адміністративно-правового забезпечення у сфері відновлення житлового фонду. Встановлено, що питання адміністративно-правового забезпечення відновлення житлового фонду не отримало належного висвітлення в науковій доктрині адміністративного права, що свідчить про необхідність дослідження. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена практичними потребами відновлення житлового фонду та його реконструкції. Доведено, що адміністративно-правове забезпечення відновлення житлового фонду являє собою сукупність організаційно-управлінських дій та регуляторних інструментів, спрямованих на забезпечення реалізації механізмів відбудови, реконструкції та ремонту житлового фонду.
