Використання віртуальної та доповненої реальності в підготовці правоохоронців: міждисциплінарний огляд сучасних підходів і емпіричних висновків

У статті розглянуто потенціал використання технологій віртуальної та доповненої реальності в підготовці правоохоронців як інноваційного інструмента для відпрацювання тактичних навичок, управління стресом і розвитку професійної компетентності. Проведено огляд і порівняльний аналіз зарубіжного досвіду (США, Канади, Великої Британії, Ізраїлю, країн ЄС, Австралії, Південної Кореї) та наявних українських ініціатив (Міністерства внутрішніх справ України, Національної гвардії України, приватних VR-проєктів). Запропоновано авторську узагальнену схему застосування технологій віртуальної та доповненої реальності для навчання правоохоронців в Україні. Зроблено висновок, що використання технологій віртуальної та доповненої реальності сприяє підвищенню рівня стресостійкості, формуванню навичок ухвалення рішень у кризових ситуаціях, стандартизації тренінгових програм і створенню безпечного навчального середовища.
