Можливості судових експертиз у вирішенні тактичних завдань розслідування рейдерства

У статті досліджено значення судових експертиз у розслідуванні кримінальних правопорушень, пов’язаних із рейдерством. Проаналізовано тактичні завдання економічної, почеркознавчої та технічної експертиз документів, які дають змогу встановити реальний фінансовий стан підприємства, виявити незаконні операції, підробки підписів і печаток, визначити спосіб виготовлення документів та відновити їх первісний зміст. Обґрунтовано алгоритм дій сторони обвинувачення при призначенні експертиз і підкреслено їхній профілактичний потенціал у попередженні рейдерських посягань.
