PREPARING MATERIALS ON ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES BY THE POLICE AGENCIES

Abstract

The objective of this article the author has determined as provision of additional knowledge first of all by police officers on the procedure of preparing materials on administrative offenses.

The author has considered the procedure of preparing materials on administrative offenses by police agencies; has analyzed the reasons for drawing up protocols on administrative offense, for transportation of a person to a police agency and taking decision on the protocol on administrative offense and the procedure of its execution by authorized officials. Particular attention has been paid to the quality and legitimacy of performing materials on administrative offenses and bringing the person to administrative liability, realizing control over administrative proceedings.
