AREAS OF IMPROVING LOGISTICS OF COMMERCIAL COURTS ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The article’s objective is to determine the areas of improving logistics of commercial courts activities. To accomplish this the author has researched the current state of logistics of commercial courts, as well as changes that have occurred in this area in connection with another judicial and administration reform; has revealed some major shortcomings in the logistics sphere of commercial courts.

It has been concluded that in order to improve logistics of commercial courts we need:

1) to monitor the logistical situation in the commercial courts and determine the amount of funds necessary to ensure commercial courts with adequate facilities, equipment and multimedia devices;

2) to develop a plan for financing commercial courts for several years and foresee the corresponding expenses within the state budget expenditures;

3) to determine in the Art. 150 of the Law of Ukraine “On Judicial System and Status of Judges” the minimum salary of the employees of commercial courts (officials) at least 30 percent of the salary of a judge of the respective court.
