Практика взаємовідносин прокуратури та жандармерії під час розслідування політичних злочинів
Анотація
Розглянуто практику взаємовідносин прокуратури та жандармерії під час розслідування політичних злочинів у Російській імперії після судової реформи 1864 року. Обґрунтовано, що такі взаємовідносини не були однозначними – разом із «взаєморозумінням» були наявні також випадки прямих конфліктів. Надалі під час проведення дізнання багато прокурорських чинів стали втрачати свою неупередженість і поступово перетворилися у провідників жандармських цілей.
